Day #4 ~ Getting Organized Challenge (The Linen Closet)

Today was the day to tackle the Linen Press on of my jobs on my to do list for these holidays, it turned out to be a perfect day to do it, the girls had a friend from school each over which helped occupy them, with out fighting with each other. And I got to work about 10.30am , it took me all day, I was very slow at it, I keep sneaking to my computer, then getting things for the girls.

My mum came tonight for dinner (who cooks a roast for dinner the night they clean out the linen press) she helped me bag up all that I was getting rid of and there is lots, she is taking it to Vinnies to get rid of it. I got rid of so much. I still have board games to put away but they are getting relocated to the top of one of the girls wardrobes which of cause needs to be tided .

In these boxes from Ikea I have face cloths and hand towels and the other has pillow cases.

Labelling , then my labeller ran out of tape so I need to by more to finish off

I bagged up ready to go to Vinnies

I threw out so many puzzles and board games that pieces were missing and boxes broken, which makes me sad if they were neat and orderly the kids would of been able to put them away better.

So here is all our board games waiting to go away safely

I can't believe I got rid of so much stuff, I tell you it feels great, Its is nice to know Dh can go to the linen press and get a towel and know exactly where to find it.
