Monday is here I can think I can say I navigated my way through the weekend pretty successfully, Friday night I had my planned dinner, I refused a double coat Tim Tam later in the night at a friends, knowing I could go home and have my planned snack. Saturday went great with some unexpected plans of friends staying for dinner, which I stuck to my plan.
This my lunch from saturday very yummy.
Yesterday was Fathers Day we had family here for lunch and I am new I wanted dessert so I chose wisely at lunch by having chicken and no sausage, and not have any lasagna, and no bread roll. Oh another biggie no second helpings. I enjoyed my dessert.
The only thing I wish I had did some walking which just didn't happen with our busy weekend.
So this week I am up for a busy week , as my Kasey turns 7 on Saturday. So we are having a small party on Saturday afternoon , followed by friends staying for a sausage sizzle that night.
Saturday will also be exciting as Mikayla's netball team who I manage has made it into the grandfinal, so very exciting.
I am really enjoying planning my meals the day before it is really helping me stay in control and chose my food wisely.
This is my breakfast from Sunday coming in a only 4 points.

It's fantastic to see you back blogging again Jill, i've missed reading your updates.
I'm a "planner" too - I often use eTools and plan a day or two in advance and it takes the decision making out of what i'm going to eat on the day. I then go back and make any adjustments in case my snacks etc changed - it works great for me and sounds like it's working well for you too.
Well done on passing up those temptations!
