Busy Busy

I have a busy last week, Mikayla had her First holy Communion on Sunday so I had a bit of preparation for the lead up. It was a lovely day.




It is now school holidays, I always struggle to eat good in the holidays, not sure why, so I decided I needed a plan, first I am planning out my meals for the days, second trying to use the extra time and nicer weather to get in some extra exercise and third I have been trying to keep busy with some spring cleaning. So I really hope to h ave a successful school holidays.


My weigh last week I lost 1.7kgs taking me back to 110.8kgs. I am over this yo yoing. I am determined to get back on a good weightloss run.


Last night I went on my treadmill, I decided to see how long I could run for and I last 7 mins I was so excited the longest I have before is 3 mins. So I can just start building on the 7.


Ok off to get into being busy with my 3 little munchkins

WOHOOO well done on the running.
Try interval training 30 secs on 30 secs off, start at a slow speed and increade it every 5 mins, as you get better increase your speed and how long you are running for like 35 on 25 off.. I currently do 40 on 20 off and I run between speeds 9.5 and 12 when I do it.. :) enjoy it goes very very fast !!

Ohh and I interval train for 30 - 40 mins depending on the time I have

7 mins on the treadmill is excellent.. I would last about oooo 20 seconds! lol
