2 year anniversary

Today is my 2 year anniversary of starting this journey after having Alexis. I started my journey at 139kgs and last weigh in I was 108.7kgs. I know this is an achievement but far from where I really thought I would be by the 2 year mark. Last November I weighed in at 96kgs. So needless to say I feel this year really hasn't been to successful. This weeks weigh in is going to be shocking I have just eaten since last Friday.





I am not going to dwell on the week the best thing I can do now is pickup and move forward. I look forward to my 3rd year being a whole lot more productive.

I just went through all my photos and cannot find a recent photo of myself I think I have been avoiding the camera.

May be it is time to start being proud of where I am at now and make the changes I need to be happy with myself again.
