Eucalyptus Cleaning

Wednesday, June 01, 2011

What does Eucalyptus remind you of?

Me it reminds me of Winter, today is the first day of Winter. My favourite season of the year. My Girls love sucking on eucalyptus lollies, But now Eucalyptus reminds me of fresh clean clothes and surfaces. I can have that winter feeling all year round.

I have discovered some great cleaning products that are all natural and are Eucalyptus based.

I have been using Bosisto's Eucalyptus Spray It is fantastic. You can use it on so many surfaces in you home.

I had some pesky little marks on my kitchen cupboards that were caused from double sided tape from Child locks. A little spray and scrub and the marks were gone. Before long all my kitchen cupboards were shining.
Before: Kitchen cupboard

After: kitchen cupboard

Before: Bathroom taps

After: Bathrooms taps

Before: Microwave

After: Microwave

I think the above results speak for themselves.

My girls love using the spray at night after we have eaten dinner, they wipe the table down. I love that I know it is safe for them to use, no harsh chemicals.

I have also being using Bosisto's EucoFresh Laundry Powder. The powder comes in a zip lock bag with in the box. I was able to use it in my front loader. I have noticed since using it Alexis's eczema  is a lot more under control.  My clothes have come out fresh smelling and clean. Not nasty residues have been left on any of our clothes.

I love knowing the products I am using aren't harming my family.

Be sure to check to huge range that Bosisto's have available.

I am very excited to tell you all I will be having first ever competition .

Mother's Day printables

Wednesday, May 04, 2011

Mother's Day is this coming Sunday and when I saw these great printables on both Bianca and Jade's blogs I new this would be something fun to do with Alexis and my niece who I have every Wednesday. Kasey end up not well today so she also got to join in the fun. Once they had finished their creations I ran them through the laminator, all for ready Sunday.

Alexis wasn't keen on any photos today. We did Mummy and Nanna portraits and Kasey filled out a Why I love Mummy printable.

One of the finished master pieces.

Chill is in the air

Tuesday, April 05, 2011

My favourite time of the year is fast approaching, Winter is just around the corner. I love so many things about winter, flannelette pj's, pumpkin soup, these gorgeous Henley's for my girls,  blankets on the lounge are just a few.

This year I look forward to taking the girls to see snow, My Inlaws have just moved to Cooma about an hour out from the NSW snowy mountains. So we have lots of getaways planned

I am already loving it getting darker earlier.

What do you love about winter?

Catch up

Tuesday, March 22, 2011

Time for a catch up. We have had a quite few weeks , with kids getting sick and hubby. All with colds, so far I have been spared.

We have all just been chilling and try to get everyone feeling better.

Football season started 2 weeks ago and Darren loves taking the girls. This year he has decided Alexis is ready to tag along. So out came Mikayla's jersey from when she was Alexis' age. He went and got the two older girls jersey's. They were set to head off for the first game of the season. Lex was so excited. Mik decided it would be more fun to head to her friend's , and I was looking forward to a couple of hours at home by myself. I had a plan. Then 1 hr after the left right on kick off. My phone rings.
Conversation starts
" We are coming home, Lex has just spewed all over herself"

Oh No my first thoughts were there goes my plans, then I start the concern for my baby girl.

Home they came to watch the footy on the t.v.

All ready and excited for her first game

This past weekend was spent with all kids and Darren feeling unwell.

Sunday they were all feeling a bit better. Out came the board games. They had all watched enough T.V the day before.

So there you have a brief catch up. I had a little melt down on Saturday feeling overwhelmed at home. Not doing the things I want. Basically I am bad with time management.

I hope to start re blogging about trying to get myself in a routine.

Here is a brief look at the start

I hope you have made it to the end.

Now for some exciting news for all my Aussie friends. I will be having my very first competition coming up in the next few weeks. So stay tuned. Take Care
